Hello everyone I am Jenifer and I am a Culinary Nutrition Expert and Holistic Nutritional Consultant helping people from all walks of life who need to avoid certain foods like gluten and dairy. I teach people how to feel confident in their kitchen making food that will not just avoid these things but nourish the body for optimal health. I offer classes to the public in the community, corporate settings and private home service for the individual or small group.
From personal experience, I know how making changes in ones food choices and how feeling confident in the kitchen, cooking at home and using quality ingredients can improve ones life, physically and mentally.
I have helped with changes in my own family when dietary accommodations were applied for some of the top allergies including gluten and dairy. From nursing a mother with a cancer diagnosis, with whole nourishing foods, to behavioural concerns in a toddler, who was volatile and aggressive, that became a gentle kind boy when dairy was removed from his diet. To a depressed and confused teen girl struggling with social and academic problems that removed gluten and dairy to find a massive positive change in her thought process, affecting all areas of her life including academics.
I am certified in Holistic Nutrition from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and have attained my Culinary Nutrition Expert certificate from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. I have been cooking baking and recipe developing for over 25 years.
